Goods delivery

Goods are delivered by Registered Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at support@CigaretteHouse.Net quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.
