Productive capacity of two factories in Russia allow to produce more than 100 billion cigarettes per year, its production is also exported to Armenia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Ukraine.</p> <p>Nonproductive company Philip Morris Sales and Marketing studies the market and in Russia it accomplishes marketing of 11 families of cigarettes brands: Bond Street, Chesterfield, L&M, Marlboro, Muratti Ambassador, Next, Parliament, Trend, Virginia Slims. For the rise of its brands, Philip Morris International invested in Russia more than $800 million. Essentially, for L&M renewing it required the change of equipment at tobacco factories, the company spent $15 million for these needs.</p> <p>According to the independent agency of field investigations Business Analytics, market share of Philip Morris cigarettes in Russia at the second quarter, 2007, was 26,7%.
