Smoking ban for USA drivers
&lt;p&gt;At present time, USA government considers a bill, according to which American drivers won't be able to smoke cigarettes in car in presence of children. Such law will be applied not only to cigarettes, but to cigars, pipes, hookahs and other devices for smoking.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;After six months from the moment of the law putting into force, driver who smokes in car in presence of children will be fined. The sum is not known yet. At first USA officers are supposed just to warn law breakers and to recommend them not to smoke during driving with children. USA authorities have only one unsolved problem regarding new bill: what to do with drivers who smoke in cabriolet. The decision on this item has not been taken yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It should be mentioned, that such law was introduced in California (October, 2007). It was signed by the state governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In California there are a lot of restrictions for smokers. For example, cigarette smoking is banned within a radius of 10m from playgrounds, in public places, bars, clubs and restaurants, at beaches and parks. California became the third state where smoking in car in the presence of children was banned.&lt;/p&gt;
